I change it to local and empty the user table and I get the same errors :/

go to your t_user Table, make right click and Truncate the Table, not Empty.

 

 

Maybe you have even one error in your DB, this occurs when you will dump the DB from another Server with an different user as the user how is specified on your target server and LastChaos config.

This is a problem of newer MySQL Version.
