craft armor is by default 100% no? (craft with book and special skill and material)

Not possible to add a rate to it I think.

it is 100% rated if i remember , you do your own book? if you do your own book i thinks you miss a thing.

if you use xDuff dbs it is normals the dbs have lot of errors try with the clean database by cdwritter .
