Sat Editor add mob spawn

Hello everyone who has a set editor I want to change the place of spawn mobs in the Rendol

Need to modify t_npc_regen for change mobs spawn position...

Need make It mannually from t_npc_regen, dont exist tool for that

I want to add a mob to pump pets in the city for this you need to change the sat to allow them to spawn
