hi guys need help if anyone can help me.

in my client I have 165 skill level but I have only animation effect not ask for help and many thanks

The problem lies not in t_magic and t_magiclevel...

 

Kevin u have the EP1 Effect.dat file -> "Data\Effect\Effect.dat" or skills_usa.bin is wrong^^
