How to edit Quests?

Hi guys how can i edit The quest with the bashtool i can't open and there isn't any tool for open ep2 quests and edit .

 

 

 

And for how now c++ i have an idea . Can you make a Lastchaos converter wich transform ep1-to ep2 file's like the lastchaos converter for ep2 to ep1.?

it exist . and just edit quest on database and will work
