yes just make a potion with a skill who decress attack speed

Just make a skill with attack speed and put it on the buff potion

I have made a lot of different potions doing the same thing only problem is i cant get some things to work . Like i was going to change all the sorcs elemental pets to other mobs and then turn them into a potion for all class to use. I can change the elemental into other mobs and i can cast the skill to summon them but try to attach the skill to a potion and the skill will not work . Anyone know how to turn the elemental pets unto a potion??????
