So just curious, why does there seem to be such a lack of fear of copyright lawsuits by gamigo or aeria against all the private servers being made? Don't they still own all the copyrights so making money off of their product without their permission is illegal? Is it because of the copyright laws in the country you live in? Is it different in North america then Europe? Just curious.

Probably the country difference, and some are just doing it cuz they dont care lol, until gamigo is on their tail.

to say gaymigo has got the licence of some countrys in europe.. but if you dont make advires on public servers for ure server they wont care at all..

Also don't forget that gamigo have to pay money to chase u also.

If they dont have a strong case its not worth it to spend the money on.

They will send a DMCA, but sadly only a few hosters just ignore it (like they should, DMCA is a USA thing, Not even effective in Europe)
