Good video Guide, but no is good use the Convert to make t_skills and t_skillLevel, this missing wrong the Souls and others Skills P2, Guilds, and others characters skills, as ranger a example is the Controlled Shooting, but is a good guide, but good guide through the tutorial, very well explained for newbies who can not use either program, Good Luck.

its not the way you do the skills all are correct in server its the way the files is saved on Client that is whats wrong, every public skill program does not save it correctly, Something with the 3 digit flags.....  but his is great for getting the complete SQL insert for all skills.......

the best program to edit skill "your hand"!!!

with out something to rewrite the Bin for client our hands only good for using on your self since client does not see what "your hand" did with sql ...
