ill share what i found on the WEB (on pastebin) its a simple PSC Check Tool.

I just fixxed some Bugs and did a translation into English.

If i find time i will set it up for Last Chaos

PS -> THERE ARE NO BINARIES!!! Compile it urself with Visual Studio or what ever u use. (its C#)
