Night Shadow Starting Statpoints

Hi community i was wondering if anyone has or can get the offset to change the Night Shadow Starting statpoints he normally starts out with 236 statpoints that needs to be placed when created if anyone has this offset or can get it will you let me know? thank you in advance!
