Hi mono 2.1 is to old (2009)

install the latest version 3.01 (this version will supporting all net runtimes til 4.5)

first just uninstall the old 2.1 version.

download the latest release.

2

just unpack it.

start to compile it.

./autogen.sh

make

make compile

thats all

#3

It says the runtime version supported bu this application is unavailable.

Try to update mono and get the latest version, the CashServer was compiled for .NET4.0

too late

i get some probleme

#5

You might need g++

yum install gcc-c++

if you get libtool errors or anything else, you can get those packages from "Add/remove software" just search for them.

#6

tHIS WILL HELP JUST INSTALL

yum groupinstall 'Development Tools'

that will install all the needed dev stuff (gcc-c++ make and so on)

I got a lil problem with mono.

I used that method to install it, i guess everything went ok, but when i try to run the CashServer with the mono command i got the following error:

Corlib not in sync with this runtime: expected corlib version 96, found 108

So far google wasn't really helpful, so i wonder if anyone has a solution around?
