where does the titles get there ability... and could you give me a example 

 

here is my example 

 

title id : 23

item id: 6085

 

the name is : LastChaos Newbie

 

it gives 10% hp and 10% mp where does it set the 10% for both and from where?

thanks luoo thats a start but still does not tell me where the skills or bonus come from and where to MANUALLY add them to sql myself ?

 

the effects i did not know this eather but helps ..... wait so let me get this right the effects is the skills bonus also ? how is it used ...i could take the hours to try to understand this all but if someone was willing to share it would be even great ...
