Large amount of false positives, I packed that file with VMProtect (open it in hex editor and search for vmp). You can search at google and youll see that is because VMProtect.

 

If you dont trust me copy the scan results (as example : Trojan/Win32.Ruftar) to google like this : vmprotect Trojan/Win32.Ruftar

I have reviewed this tool and has no virus or anything weird i checked with different antivirus scanner and what it says above that shows an image is manipulated the added and scheduled virus or something else added and so is false and manipulated the Title Editor Tool this 100% clean.

yes , sems to be working only in sentence client <.<

can be that  VMProtect destroyed somethign in the tool that it got packet worng
