how to edit game server

Hi i was wondering how to edit the game server start lvl for your toons. know its not with the GS editor i have. If any one Knows please tell me how to do it thank you.

edit max lvl etc is server side lc server manager or u can do it on navicat

start Level you can set in the Database

 

Newproject_db>>t_character>>Right Click on T_Character>>Design Table>>Search a_level>> change to what you want!

Sry for question , but I use Tiago Files now and I dont know how to edit the Command.

 

I have edited allready the gameserver , but nothing work.
