It depends of what you expect for this emulator... if you just want to play alone, on a local network, you will ask less than a emulator designed for a multiplayer use (for this use you will need more features (guilds, party, cs etc.)).

I think the idea is to make a comparable experience to playing an established server with the ability to customize the experience to suit your whims. Everybody has their own ideas about what makes the game fun to play. I personally could give a rats ass about PVP but I love killing things and collecting goodies, plus I really love raising pets.
