[GM]Command for the Wars

Hello i need the gm command to set the two wars, DCS and MCS, hope somebody can help me, it would be very nice.

Dont use them from a lot but it should be:

 

 

 

/setwartime {year (bigger than 1900)} {month} {day} {hour} {min}
/setwartime2 {year (bigger than 1900)} {month} {day} {hour} {min}
