ice pillar lvl 5 gives unable to learn even though all the conditions match this is a specialist skill by the way maybey its just my side but  i think its a bug can you check @2

Sory, i havent time to write you, all lvl65 weapon give you 1 attack speed, so yours attack are like speedhack.
