Big Book Of Melding

Yesterday i was messing with melding books and i melded my +20 weapon but i realized that my attack had decreased

 

ALOT. So i was wondering if anyone knows how to change this: "Bonus from melding cannot exceed +17". Im trying to

 

change it to "Bonus from melding cannot exceed cannot exceed +24 or +25".

 

 

Is it possible to change this ? if so then how ?

As far as i know its kinda impossible since this is hardcoded in the game server.

 

Since i looked everywhere in Database and there is nothing what i found that can be changed to increase it.

Then i guess players carrying a +20 wep cant use a cover or else it will decreased their attck too bad

i dont remeber now if it was hardcodet or not but if its hard codet you could search the offset for it and change it

thing is ,i  dont have the slightest idea what to change in the gameserver. I use hex editor to view the gameserver.exe but all i see are a whole bunch of codes and idk what to change exactly...
