For edit each stat of seal u need to have an option.lod editor. Look for it,its easy

Thing is ep1 is a bit limited in every aspect, u can get seals using crystal of blood and sweet and editing the option.lod file in the client. But b5e g5e p6e it is possible but for that u need c# or other programming language and understanding how it works, and u would need to do a lccrypt using the sourcecode which is really hard, not many ppl got it working yet, only HateMe has it i guess.

Use an option editor/fastlist and u can find it out.....
