Cannot Connect DB!

Hi im getting this error ONLY on GameServer and SubHelper: 2

 

all other server run and connect perfect without problems

yes i am using password but i added into /etc/my.cnf the line old_password=1 and i updated the mysqluser with old password.. its weird because all other server can connect to db, its only gameserver and subhelper

ive also opened ports.

i know using no password will fix it, but i really want to use a pw..

 

but maybe i did something wrong with updating the mysql user with old_password.. can someone tell me how to do it? but please exact commands and exact directorys
