Why dont you try making the black part from the texture invisible? but it could be a model problem if it looks like that on cinema too

wont work they are already black, just select the part you want to get rid of and delete it from the image, dont put any background on it, just save it as is with missing background, then open it with textool, it will automatically have a black background, save that as your tex file , and viola...
