EP3 Tools error while running them

hey guys. i got this error while running the ep3 tools from the tools section.

even i did update the slimdx and .net to 4.5... still having the same problem .

its telling you the error "Coud not load file or assembly SlimDX"

You need to have that file in the same folder than the tool

It wants exactley version 4.0.12.43

problem solved, as wizatek mentioned, but needed to download the slimdx for .net 4.0 x64 the 2011 would solve it. thanks a lot for the help
