Problem with launcher

Hello, I have a problem, to update the launcher or. The Web goes out for me but mistake gives me the update, all that des of centos 6.4.

settling an issue; producing a definite result. members are suppose to say how it was solved or they will get a warning im pretty sure

 

1. make folder in your webserver called Update 

2. put ip.txt version.txt  and all updates in that folder 

3.make sure ip.txt says 2

4. make sure lcnnet says 2

5. check to see if it works almost 100% sure it will 

 if im wrong sorry guys just trying to give an answer to this post.
