Send item to inventory

Could anyone help me with a query to send an item to the inventory of all the characters?

i personally wouldnt use inventory, because it will only work for characters that are offline, means all chars that are online wont get affected and will get nothing.

 

i think its easier and better to use the cash storage since its 1:1 life and all characters will get affected

But if the server is down for maintenance and there is nobody online.
I need to send an item that is not possible to deposit or negotiate the inventory of the characters created.
