I have a problem running the game client when you run the launcher and fully update a client running a game and gives me an error "last chaos this program could not be run itself" maybe someone knows how to fix the problem? Thank you in advance for your help in solving the problem

I do not understand what you write by events but how do I use ie-installing exe file after installing it on your desktop gives you a shortcut launcher is later update, and the game does not start and how to make it work correctly without this error

Use this for EP3 just put it in your client where lc.exe is located
