do the midlle system level can be changed and working offset like level min 90 max 200?

because when i  use the 1002 skill and save i got this problem like is to large to read numbers  1002

 it's because "byte" has a limit of 255 its out of range

fixed middle level supporter skill id ( can go pass 999)

 

added phoenix ticket level it takes you char too ( original level is 35)

Sometimes there are empty spaces in between the skills, those id's can be used aswel
