Sell itens lvl 100+ in npc

Hey guys, i have a problem with i can try sell armors and weapons in npcs...

I got the follow message: "You have canceled transaction".

Please, how i can fix this error?

i have problem just in sell the itens.. and the gs dont make any log..

I have exported the itemall from db... i guess the problem not is in itemall and shop all..
