november client crash

hello, does anyone know why when i select a character the game closes instantly? i dont get errorlog and nothing

 

this only happens to me with the november client

yes, this happens to me, but its random sometimes i can enter and 90% dont

I have tried to change from juno in case that was the error and it keeps happening
