I increassed them and still can't load that DB
 

You need to do it from mysql line:

 

type su -

then ur pw

------------------------

 

type: mysql

then:connect yourdatabase;

thenource data.sql;

(if the data.sql is saved in ur mysql folder otherwise: source /Pathtoyourfile/data.sql
