Either you have wrong data in the ip.txt, make sure that IP.txt points to the folder where the version.txt is located

 

The Directory Structure in the ZIP file:For example if you want to modify skills in your client, which is located in LC/Data/skills_usa.lod, In the zip file the will look Data/skills_usa.lod.

Example:

1580.zip

Data/skills_usa.lod
Data/World/StartZone/StartZone.wld
Bin/Engine.dll
sl.dta

 

where and how i will put this code?

Thats the directory structure of the zip file that you must create, create a folder and then add your files there exactly like there were in the LC client, then zip the files

Try the tool HateMe made(find the link at the bottom of the first post).

Looking at that I think you saved the file "ip.txt.txt" not "ip.txt", try to read what I posted and not watch the video without understanding it.
