OK, please be patient with me, I am learning. In newproject_data I see queries but it's empty. Do I make a new query to do this? How does it know it is for the items? I know, those of you who this comes easy to are smacking your foreheads right now, just remember, I am learning and I do try before I ask to be spoonfed help. :-)

Open the query window/tab (depends if ur using phpmyadmin or navicat) in the t_item table. Then just copy/paste and click run (if navicat)
