1)turn off the firewall 

2)open 2 ports of your choise in your router.

 

3)edit the cfg with you external ip, and with the ports you opened.

 

4) edit the sl.dta and put your external ip.

 

5) send that sl.dta to your friends, they will be able to connect.

 

warning, setting you external ip, you would be able to play, because its imposible to connect to your own external ip.

Okay so, I turned of my firewall *1=DONE

*2=Okay so how can I open these 2 ports, and which ones are there from my router. Really confused ..
