Make Roy and Siban Work?

The reason i want roy or siban working, its because as all ep1 servers who had armor and weapons shops, the useless things that they afterwards they dont use, but maybe it can help other player, it dont has a place to sell it, otherwise, it uses normal shop but, i wanted to give ep1 another aspect having roy, sort of giving buying and selling system a balance...

 

And, whats the difference with the web than ingame? And yea, it may take some time but well, many may use it on their servers^^
