Xampp and WebPage

Hey all, some of my friends made their own pages, the only thing, when they put the page with hamachi or lan ip/root, they can enter normally but the other's can't enter. They opened the ports, so the server is running succesfully but the only problem is the page... Anyone knows? Some use new xampp and others a bit older one |
