I don't see which dungeon you're talking about. Is it a private dungeon? Public dungeon? Raid?
I mean the dungeons you can do at this nPC at arena, normal its a noob dungeon You get this ticket to join then you went to the npc and there you can enter and then there will be some waves with different mobs you have to kill
