How to get gm commands to work

Hey guys i was wondering if any1 could help me get the gm commands to work in an ep1 server because when i load up navicat and xampp etc and the server / login works fine but when i login to my adm char the gm commands dont work and i type in the number 10 for adm / gm commands why does it not work Please help me |
