Go to Navicat or 2
Import the file sql...
in Navicat if show this error:
[Err] 1264 - Out of range value for column a_exp at row 1
[Err] UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp = a_exp * 10;
[Msg] Finished - Unsuccessfully

The a_exp is too high for moltiplier
if this:
[Err] 1264 - Out of range value for column a_skillpoint at row 2
[Err] UPDATE t_npc SET a_skillpoint = a_skillpoint * 10;
[Msg] Finished - Unsuccessfully

the a_skillpoint is too high for moltiplier
