I would mainly say, all servers are custom. All Admin or owners that create it, tries to find how to attract people to his Last Chaos and make them stay and enjoy about his releases and new stuff. All have their custom stuff even, they sometimes take items from other created LCs, which isnt bad, but if its a item or armor or something that its very popular, why not use it also
So everybody has their own LC, depending on their experiences, expectations, resources, creativeness, time on his work and some more...
