Can you please check my newStobm.bin Files for mistakes

I would change the user name back to: "root" and check the config.ini files also. And check that in Navicat your db names are the same as in the server named (with no spelling mistakes). Have you disable the FireWall of user and user root and in the case of the gameserver, have you add the new libs necessary?
