You need to use the tex tool to convert the files to and from  .png. The tex tool can be found 2

The client files you are looking for are in the Interface folder. For items you are looking for the ItemBtn files for example ItemBtn0.tex or ItemBtn18. For skills you are looking SkillBtn files for example SkillBtn0.tex
