Firstly check if the magic works properly. For do it use /applyskill 1111 1 for example,that should be soul of witch,and see if you use it correctly and adds the verious bonus without bugs. If you get bugged then the magic is wrong i think. I have tested and it worked, seems my dbs are a little crazy  Thanks for help |
