best is you copy an old jewel and just edit the stuff you need

 

 

add/change the option you want to the Common RareOption be sure it exist

 

 

 

 

ok here comes a little fix that the jewel work for 100% also go to Rare Option Tab and add the same option to

"Option 0"

 

 

save edit to database and client,

thats it... restart servers and it should work!
