Adding Stats, with OUT using a magnifier?

@2 thanks for the reply Wiz ... i mean for a normal Item lets say Ring of Air i want to add stats to it .. like on this page ... 2 iam assuming that when the ring is dropped our give to you from a quest it already comes with stats on it, and you do not need a magnifier to identify it ... when ever i give my self this ring with rare option added to it .... the stats do not show until you log off and back again ... ? |
