Centos, -permissions denied

Tried to put in other folders as well, can run CashServer fine, the error comes out as -bash: connector permission denied... Tried everything, with all chmods possible and winscp @ all permissions but nothing.... EDIT: something was missing in the OS, i reinstalled the OS and everything works great now... |
