Launcher?

Well hello lckb!

 

I need some help with my launcher, im trying to make a ep2 launcher.

I have set up all (on launcher folder i got notice and update.htm and ip then patches folder for updates) i can make the launcher work with a ep1 launcher, but when i try to run a launcher ep2 it doesnt show up my notice and neither my update, and also doesnt update. I have been following the someones post on how to do it i also tried the launcher he uses, but still same error.

I was hoping that someone (and not only the someone member that we have here but i mean anybody) could give me a hand here tell me where should i look, or if you could provide me a functional launcher.
