[Serious Editing] WorldBases & Texture Ways

Hi guys,

 

I post this topic for know 2 things about serious editing.

 

The first, i would like to know if its possible to make World Bases visibles, cuz they are invisible and its hard to control them without see them.

The second, i would like to know if its possible, without serious editor fixed, to changes textures ways (Changes ways like stone in grass, grass in stone... not by editing textures, but really textures ways 

Ex> I have a stone way. I would like to cut in 2 ways by adding a little grass between for do 2 ways.
