Hey you must set:

[user Server]
IP=127.0.0.1
Port=4102
[Char DB]
IP=127.0.0.1
DBName=newproject_db
User=root
Password=

 

And not

 

[user Server]

IP=25.131.186.194
Port=4102
[Char DB]
IP=127.0.0.1
DBName=newproject_db
User=root
Password=
