Why do you use test as pw? it must be old mysql password and user db is newproject_db I think unless youve edited it, an example of mine:

PS: Use 127.0.0.1 for all IP instead of external IP except for loginserver and gameservers. No one will access your files like that and it should work even faster.

PS2: My dbs are merged so dont set them like me, set them as you have them in your db
