Its because u Linked the libmysql.lib, which expects the libmysql.dll. 

u can try to Link mysqlclient.lib, so far as i know the mysqlclient.lib dosent require the .dll.

 

Edit: Also i asw you are using the zlib.dll, this is also wrong.
