Yes what Meow says might be the issue here. 

 

U should reserve about 2 ram per channel and then like 4gb for mysql

Also make sure that your cpu and harddrive can handle this. 

at least 1 core per GS should be available

6 channels also produce a shitload of hdd read/writes for the logs and for all the mysql queries. 

 

What u should do, is in your console window, type: top

then take a screenshot of this, and post it here
